Place was fairly clean and low cost. Super central location, just a pleasant stroll away from an art museum. Found in the main touristic area, the hotel offered affordable prices. The room was adequate with a good bathroom and had an electronic key card, a work desk and ironing facilities. Even though some of the staff were bad, I had a good stay.

Room was nicely furnished, bed was soft, the staff was not rude. Clean and simple hotel in Downtown San Francisco district. International cuisine was served in the traditional restaurant.

Super location, really comfortable building, we enjoyed regular double rooms. The authentic restaurant was terrific, friendly service. It was nice having coffee, Wi-Fi and dining area. Nice pool to relax in too. The beach near the hotel was beautiful...

Best possible location, warm room and I appreciated COMMITTED staff. Plenty of options for breakfast including cheese, bacon, meats and pastries. Very quick check-in and brilliant customer service. There was a pleasant restaurant, the markets and the shops next door.

It was worth its 2 stars. Hotel offered coffee service in the lobby. Regards to your concierge. There's colibri mexican bistro within 5 minutes walk or so, appreciated their menu...
